Delete inside the app (recommended)
- Open Domocoins and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is processed promptly. Your profile, friends list, and game history linked to the account will be removed or anonymized.
Request deletion by email or form
If you cannot access the app, submit the form below or email domocoins@gmail.com with the subject Account deletion.
Before you continue: Account deletion is permanent.
Virtual progress, friends, and stats cannot be recovered.
What we delete
- Account profile (name, username, phone, avatar, bio)
- Friend connections and pending invites
- Gameplay statistics and match history tied to your account
We may retain minimal records required by law or for fraud prevention for up to 90 days, then delete them.
Processing time
In-app deletion is usually immediate. Web or email requests are completed within 7 business days. You will receive confirmation at the email you provide.
